SES Engineering Services is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join our Scotland team to lead technically complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across Scotland. You will provide decisive leadership, mentorship, and ensure safe, profitable delivery with excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP projects from pre-construction to delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and direction for safe, profitable delivery of schemes.
• Lead electrical services engineering elements from pre-construction to completion, including design and procurement.
• Oversee full MEP works on site, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring the team.
