Qualifications

• Leadership and team guidance across complex schemes.
• Experience leading electrical/mechanical services from design to completion.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, programme and budget controls.
• Strong stakeholder liaison and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical services elements from pre-construction to project completion, including design and procurement.
• Oversee full MEP works on site, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget adherence.
• Lead the MEP team and integrate with the wider construction team through effective mentorship.
