SES Engineering Services in Scotland is seeking an Operations Manager to join our North team, overseeing a portfolio of complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the region.

You will lead regional delivery, build a capable team, ensure governance and production control, and contribute to tenders while monitoring forecasts and cost planning. The role offers career progression within a supportive, diverse team and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Take accountability for all regional delivery of a portfolio of projects and build an effective and motivated team.
• Ensure governance, production control and productivity monitoring for projects.
• Procure work by maintaining industry contacts and involvement in tenders.
• Monitor and approve financial forecasts and provide best cost planning information.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all regional delivery; building and maintaining an effective and motivated team
• Ensure that all projects are set-up with company governance maximised, production control in place and productivity regularly monitored
• Procure work by maintaining and developing contacts in the industry, as well as have direct involvement in the strategic thinking applied to the Unit's tenders
• Monitor and approve the financial forecasts; ensuring that the best cost planning information is provided
