Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced MEP Pre-Construction Engineer to join our Newcastle-based team. You will lead MEP input during tender and pre-construction phases for large-scale commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients.

The role requires a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, experience in pre-construction or design management, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience within pre-construction, design management or project engineering.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEP designs during tender and pre-construction stages.
• Support cost planning, value engineering and technical submissions.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and client stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist with procurement and construction planning activities.
