Job summary

Salter Grange Limited seeks an experienced MEP Manager (Mechanical Bias) to lead coordination and delivery of building services for a major residential development in West London. You will oversee mechanical installations from design through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and programme.

The role requires a strong mechanical services background, with experience managing MEP subcontractors on large projects, plus SMSTS and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong mechanical building services background in large-scale residential/high-rise developments.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and programmes.
• Valid SMSTS certification and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and ensure installations align with drawings, specs and programme.
• Oversee mechanical installations, commissioning, testing and handover.
• Lead meetings, track progress, quality and health & safety compliance.
• Liaise with design teams, M&E consultants and commercial teams on variations.
