Job summary

London Borough of Camden is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to carry out plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs across Camden schools and community sites. You will perform planned maintenance, renewals and installations while adhering to industry standards, regulations and safe working practices.

The role requires experience across at least two MEP disciplines, with NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience across at least two mechanical, electrical or plumbing disciplines (MEP).
• Practical experience in commercial building maintenance, repairs and installations.
• Strong reading of drawings, O&M manuals and knowledge of statutory compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical repairs and planned maintenance in Camden facilities.
• Diagnose faults, determine cost-effective solutions and coordinate follow-on works.
• Ensure minimal disruption to service and maintain safety and compliance in all tasks.
