Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong MEP and Building Services skills with integrated systems.
• Electrical maintenance, fault finding and safe operation of building electrical systems.
• Plumbing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of domestic and commercial systems.
• MEP coordination across disciplines and interface management.
• Formal qualifications (NVQ L2/3, HNC/HND) or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Experience in O&M for commercial or residential buildings.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and improve building services systems.
• Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Perform system inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors.
• Support MEP design reviews and update maintenance records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of building performance and reliability.
