Job summary

Turner Property Recruitment is seeking the first in-house MEP Specialist in London to lead a new service line. The role blends design, project management and strategic input, with a pathway to leadership as the service grows.

You will act as the in-house MEP expert across projects, guide technical design across RIBA stages, and support delivery from a PM perspective while overseeing external consultants and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience within consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of design and project delivery.
• Ability to work across RIBA stages from concept to completion.
• Client-facing with strong communication and commercial awareness.
• Ambitious and motivated to build and lead a new service offering.
• Chartered or working towards is desirable.

Responsibilities
