COLEMAN JAMES LTD is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to lead Building Services delivery on major projects in the North East. Ideally based in or around Newcastle with travel to multiple sites across the region, you will manage design consultants, sub-contractors and commissioning activities to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will contribute to safety, programme adherence and value for money while guiding a diverse team through complex projects in education, health and commercial

Qualifications

• Experience managing design consultants and sub-contractors at project level.
• Experience in Education, Health and Commercial sectors.
• Chartered professional membership or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Building Services elements of construction projects.
• Coordinate Building Services programmes and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Lead commissioning of systems and client demonstrations.
• Chair group meetings for building service integration and co-ordination.
