Job summary

Randstad Cpe London is seeking an experienced Design Manager (MEP / Building Services) for a six-month contract in Birmingham. The role focuses on driving and closing out design activities up to Stage 4, with a plan to handover to Stage 5 delivery.

The position requires on-site presence in Birmingham at least three days per week and offers a competitive day rate within IR35. The contract is initially six months with a strong possibility of extension, supporting a major UK infrastructure project.
