- Support technical and commercial proposals, EOIs and presentations, bringing a local voice to our offer.
- Represent our capabilities in energy efficiency and low‑carbon design, including healthcare and data centre projects.
Client Relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects and developers, keeping in regular touch and understanding their priorities.
- Check in with key clients through periodic reviews and feedback, and look for ways to support them on further projects.
Technical Interface & Delivery Support
- Be the first person clients approach with technical queries or concerns during delivery, responding promptly and keeping them informed.
- Share client needs clearly with the India team, follow through to resolution, and update the client.

- Liaise with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to support well‑integrated design.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 10–12 years in MEP/Building Services consultancy with UK project experience; CEng preferred.

- Healthcare and data centre experience is desirable.
SKILLS
- Good understanding of building services and design tools such as IES VE or Amtech.
- Commercial awareness (cost estimation, bidding, contract scoping) and working knowledge of UK building regulations, net‑zero initiatives and BREEAM AP.
- Clear, approachable communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues.
