Job summary

AA Euro Group in Birmingham is seeking an MEP Package Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health works on a large-scale infrastructure project in the region.

You will manage procurement, subcontractor coordination, design coordination, commissioning, and handover while maintaining safety, quality and budget. Applicants should have a degree in a related discipline and proven experience with MEP packages on major projects.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and project teams.
• Experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP packages from procurement through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, public health, and specialist subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor MEP programme activities aligned with the construction programme.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities and constraints related to MEP works.
• Ensure timely completion of installations and testing activities.
• Review subcontractor valuations, variations and change control processes.
• Monitor package budgets and report on cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, building regulations and client requirements.
• Oversee commissioning plans and ensure testing and validation of systems.
• Promote health, safety and quality culture on site.
