Job summary

Turner & Townsend alinea is seeking an Associate Director to join the MEP Real Estate team, supporting the continued growth of the Real Estate sector. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and masterplans while contributing to the development and success of clients and project teams.

The role requires a proven track record in cost management/quantity surveying within MEP, professional qualification, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying in the MEP space.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering MEP work for clients.
• Knowledge of MEP supply chain contacts.
• Experience with digital software for cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cost consultancy activities across feasibility, cost planning and procurement.
• Promote safety and uphold company values.
• Foster team engagement, collaboration and high performance.
• Drive performance through communication, coaching and performance management.
• Provide technical guidance on project and technical matters.
• Communicate project scope and roles clearly to support delivery.
• Oversee service delivery to achieve high-quality client outcomes.
