Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cost management/quantity surveying across full lifecycle projects.
• Experience delivering MEP elements of work.
• Qualified or working towards professional chartership (RICS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead cost consultancy activities including feasibility estimating and cost planning.
• Manage tender documentation, evaluation and post-contract delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior team members.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
