NG Bailey MEH Alliance is seeking a talented Planner for a permanent position primarily located in Sheffield, with the option for Leeds. The role involves planning high-value MEP projects using methodologies like Critical Path Analysis and Resource Planning. Candidates must have considerable experience in similar planning roles.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in a planning role on medium to large MEP projects.
• Experience on construction sites.
• Knowledge of Primavera/Asta Powerproject.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety leadership is visible throughout all activities.
• Comply with contractual obligations and internal processes.
• Facilitate integrated planning meetings.
• Participate in bid activities as required.
• Work closely with project personnel to produce a contract baseline programme.
• Update contract baseline as agreed.
• Monitor progress and productivity against project plan.
• Produce planning outputs/reports for contract reviews.
• Perform time/risk analysis against programmes at intervals.
