ILERWORK is currently seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for a reputable client in Texas. This role involves overseeing and coordinating construction projects, including the development of new facilities, expansions, renovations, and alterations. Collaboration with project teams, construction sites, and management is essential to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring quality projects are built on time and within budget, processing scope changes promptly.
2. Reviewing reports to assess project status and determining necessary actions, including cost and budget analysis.
3. Conducting pre-job planning meetings, documenting outcomes, and ensuring schedules align with the master project schedule.
4. Establishing and executing subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.
5. Communicating project issues to management in a timely manner.
6. Assembling project estimates, reviewing final estimates, and ensuring proper cost system loading.
7. Preparing and submitting monthly contract billings to maintain cash flow.
8. Managing conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades, or partners.
9. Developing policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
10. Visiting job sites, performing inspections, checking progress, and resolving project issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
• 5+ years of MEP project management experience.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive with a demonstrated initiative.

• Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year
