My client is seeking a Construction Director to join their team. In this role, you will oversee a team of 4-5 Project Managers, 3 TSMs, and 3-5 members of the design team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with the Commercial and H&S teams. You will have complete project ownership. The first year of the role will be based in the north of England. After this, projects could be in London or across Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to demonstrate significant experience in the office design and build industry, ideally in a Construction Director position.
• Flexible approach to travel and willing to relocate to project locations.
