Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning on a flagship West London project, delivering MEP packages from concept to completion.

You will develop detailed commissioning plans across all RIBA stages, demonstrate strong leadership, and collaborate across teams on high-profile commercial and residential schemes, with Passivhaus design experience highly desirable.

MEP Commissioning Manager - Tier 1 MEP Sub-Contractor - C 80-90K - West London

Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Tier 1 MEP sub-contractor in search of a MEP Commissioning Manager to join a flagship project in Westt London.

We're seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record delivering MEP packages valued between 20m- 40m across large-scale commercial and residential new build schemes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in full project commissioning from concept through to completion and aftercare
• Ability to develop and manage detailed commissioning plans across all RIBA stages
• Proactive and collaborative team player with strong leadership skills
• Experience delivering high-quality outcomes on commercial and residential developments
• Passivhaus design experience highly desirable
• Mechanical background preferred
