A leading construction company seeks an MEP Project Commercial Manager to oversee a commercial team delivering a significant project in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, experience with MEP packages, and familiarity with various contract forms. This position offers flexibility in working arrangements and the opportunity to significantly influence project outcomes.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Project Commercial Manager to join our Kier Mechanical and Electrical business delivering HMP Glasgow. Working within a dedicated MEP team overseeing the commercial team responsible for 180M + of packages across a major custodial facility.
Location: HMP Glasgow, Royston
Hours: Full Time, Permanent. Opportunity for some flexibility / hybrid working
