Job summary

Velocity Recruitment is seeking a Building Services Manager for its interiors and refurbishment division. The candidate will manage all MEP aspects on schemes from £5m–£25m, taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover.

The role requires a recognisable building services qualification, and experience with top main contractors on fit-out/refurbishment projects, with SC/EL1 clearance or ability to obtain it. Mechanical or electrical bias is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP coordination on fit-out/refurbishment projects.
• Experience taking projects from pre-construction (RIBA Stage 3) through delivery and handover.
• Ability to manage all MEP aspects of schemes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP design and installation across £5m–£25m interiors/refurbishment schemes.
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
