The ideal candidate has worked for a top 100 main contractor, with experience in commercial or retail fit-out projects and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Building Services Manager with experience at a top 100 main contractor.
• Experience on fit-out and interiors projects from £1m–£10m.
• Experience from pre-construction (RIBA Stage 3) through delivery to handover.
• Experience managing all MEP aspects of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP coordination across commercial and interiors schemes.
• Take projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover.
• Manage client, supply chain and on-site teams to ensure quality and programme.
