Responsabilités

• Develop and manage fully coordinated MEP models using Revit & Navisworks.
• Interface with prefabrication teams and produce fabrication ready models.
• Lead model coordination workshops with consultants and supply chain.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and maintain data history.
• Liaise with site teams to validate installations and update models with redlines.
• Produce as-installed models for commissioning and handover.
• Promote sustainability by tracking embodied carbon and energy strategies using BIM data.
