Job summary

Fusion People seeks an MEP BIM Engineer in Birmingham to develop and manage fully coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks, with a focus on prefabrication and decarbonisation.

You will interface with prefabrication teams, prepare fabrication-ready models and construction packs, support site crews with redlines, and deliver as-installed models for commissioning and handover.

The role offers exposure to sustainable building practices and close collaboration with site and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering MEP BIM models for prefabrication projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks for clash detection.

Job description

MEP BIM Engineer - Birmingham £40k - £60k - Prefabricated Solutions and decarbonisation driven projects.

You will use Revit & Navisworks, you will develop and manage fully coordinated MEP models

As the project progresses and should prefabricated solutions be used, you'll interface with prefabrication teams, preparing LOD500, fabrication ready models, construction drawing packs, and detailed spool drawings to support efficient offsite manufacturing.

During construction, you'll liaise closely with the site team to validate installations, updating models based on redlines, site markups, and change requests.

Towards project completion, you'll produce accurate, as-installed models to support commissioning & handover.
