Prospero Teaching is seeking dedicated Mentors to support vulnerable children across Winchester and surrounding Hampshire areas. You will provide 1:1 mentoring, focusing on confidence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing rather than academics.
The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in learners' daily lives outside mainstream education. Previous educational setting experience is valued, and DBS checks or willingness to obtain one are required.

Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll provide 1:1 support to learners who are unable to access mainstream education or require additional support to engage with learning and daily routines. Rather than focusing purely on academics, this role centres around building confidence, developing positive relationships, supporting emotional wellbeing, and encouraging engagement.
