Prospero Teaching is recruiting Youth Progression Mentors to support young people who are currently out of education across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP). You will work 1:1 to help young people engage with education, training or employment, building confidence and essential life skills.
Role involves tailoring approaches to individual needs, delivering personalised mentoring, and liaising with educators and authorities. Flexible part-time hours and ongoing CPD are provided.
