Requirements

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, able to build rapport with students, resilient, flexible, nurturing, and able to think quickly to adapt to challenging situations. Candidates should have relatable experience working with young people within the last 2 years, with references available. Training in Team Teach is preferred; Vision can offer free training to successful candidates.

The Role

This role involves supporting young students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties in a specialist school. Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, is preferred. The position starts as a supply role with potential to become a permanent position. Candidates should be prepared to complete essential training prior to starting and begin as soon as possible.
