Venture-People Limited is recruiting a Support Worker to join our North & Mid Outreach initiative in the Crawley area. You will work directly in the community, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs to regain independence in their own homes, guided by personalised plans and clinical support.

You will drive to client locations, build trusting relationships, and contribute to recovery-focused care through empathy, clear communication, and accurate record-keeping.

As Part Of Our Outreach Team, You Will

• Provide personalised, community‑based support to individuals with complex mental health needs, promoting independence within their own homes.
• Work closely with clients to implement and review tailored care plans, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical professionals, to deliver trauma‑informed and recovery‑focused care.
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in client condition or concerns promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in mental health support and person‑centred approaches.
• Essential qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, reliability, and a willingness to learn and work flexibly within a community setting.
• Previous experience in social care or mental health support is desirable but not essential.
