Job summary

Creative Support’s mental health service in Wythenshawe, South Manchester, is seeking an enthusiastic support worker to help adults aged 18-35 develop skills and live more independently. You will work with an experienced team, with supervision, training, and opportunities for progression.

Full training is provided, with probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days annual leave, and DBS paid. Applicants must be located in the UK and eligible to work; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing care to individuals with mental health needs is desirable but not essential.
• You must be nonjudgemental and able to relate to issues faced by our service users, with strong listening skills, initiative, and a relaxed approach.
