NHS Jobs is recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker for HMP Stocken, a Category C men's prison in Rutland, England. You will assist the mental health team, supporting patients to access care and treatment while occasionally working independently in a prison setting.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday) with a salary up to £29,723 per annum and bespoke induction, competency framework, and career development opportunities. Vetting and security checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist the mental health team in the delivery of immediate and ongoing care for patients referred to the mental health team within HMP Stocken.
• Support patients to access care and treatment appropriately, including lone working when necessary.
