Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions in Mansfield is recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker / Rehabilitation Assistant to help people rebuild confidence, regain independence and move back into the community. You'll join an Outstanding-rated team delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

No prior mental health experience needed; full training will be provided. You will work a 35-hour week on a rotating rota, with early, late and night shifts and a supportive environment for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; caring attitude is essential.
• Mental health experience is beneficial but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care where needed
• Encourage independence and recovery
• Build trusting, professional relationships with service users
• Support activities, hobbies and community engagement
• Work alongside nurses, therapists and healthcare professionals
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns promptly
