Job summary

This temporary role offers a path to permanent placement after a successful interim period, with shifts predominantly 12 hours long.

The position features competitive hourly pay (£12.71–£16.88) with bank holidays paid at 1.5x.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and emotional wellbeing.
• Support service users with daily living activities and personal development.
• Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and community participation.
• Follow individual support plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in service users' mental health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and professionals.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive living environment.
