Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited in Rochdale is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals with mental health needs in a specialist supported living environment. This role offers 12-hour day and night shifts, with temporary-to-permanent opportunities and weekly pay.

You will provide person-centred support, promote independence, and follow individual care plans. Pay is £12.71–£16.88 per hour, with bank holidays paid at 1.5x.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and emotional wellbeing
• Support service users with daily living activities and personal development
• Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and community participation
• Follow individual support plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
• Monitor and report changes in service users' mental health and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and professionals
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive living environment
