Qualifications

• Empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting people with mental health needs.
• Confident engaging with individuals with neurodiversity or complex backgrounds.
• Experience or willingness to learn therapeutic de-escalation and crisis-intervention techniques.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the delivery of a service with a person-centred ethos and promotes independence.
• Complete dynamic risk assessments and support plans.
• Promote wellbeing and appropriately manage risk.
• Ensure adherence to company and national policies and procedures.
• Work flexibly as required; may require some hours outside normal schedule.
• Support people in accommodations or homes, facilitating safe discharges and avoiding admissions.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain compliance with mandatory and additional training to support professional development.
