Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn therapeutic de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
• Help clients develop independent living skills and promote dignity and social inclusion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans and manage risks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards.
• Engage with clients compassionately to foster trust and positive outcomes.
