Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEMH provision in Mid/North Essex. You’ll work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, supporting them 1:1 and in small groups to encourage engagement in learning.

The role is full-time and long-term, with sites in Witham, Heybridge, Colchester and Clacton. A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication are essential; experience is beneficial but not essential.

Protocol Education are currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEMH Provision in Mid / North Essex. You’ll be part of a dedicated team working with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the role

The details
  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Monday to Thurs, 08:30 – 4pm / Fri 3:30pm finish
  • Sites based in Witham, Heybridge, Colchester and Clacton
