Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEMH Provision in Witham. You will support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, help manage behaviour and encourage engagement in learning, and build trusting relationships with pupils.

Based in Witham and surrounding areas, the role is full-time and long-term, with a Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:00 and Friday until 15:30 finish.

Protocol Education are currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEMH Provision in Witham You'll be part of a dedicated team working with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

• Working alongside experienced staff in a collaborative environment
