Elysium Healthcare is hiring a Support Worker for Alexandra Gardens in Hounslow. This permanent full-time role spans 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts from 7am–10pm and every other weekend. The service supports residents with mental health conditions in a twelve-bed, 24/7 staffed setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health care settings.
• Empathy, resilience and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ward rounds, observe and analyse behaviours, adapt care accordingly with colleagues.
• Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including personal hygiene as needed.
