Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to assist adults and children in mental health settings across multiple wards. You will provide personal care, support recovery and help maintain accurate care plans within a flexible, shift-based role.

The role requires MAPA (or equivalent restraint training), at least 6 months UK care experience, and the ability to obtain three work references and an overseas police check if needed. Flexible shifts and DBS updates are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 month's experience in a UK care or support role
• MAPA training (or equivalent restraint training)
• Experience supporting people with mental health needs or learning disabilities
• Confidence delivering personal care
• Ability to provide 3 years of work references
• Ability to provide an overseas police check if you've lived in the UK for less than 5 years
• Flexibility to work across multiple wards and respond to short-notice and last-minute shift requests

Job description

Work directly with adults and children in mental health settings, supporting rehabilitation, recovery, acute care, PICU, eating disorders and CAMHS. You'll work across multiple wards, providing hands-on care where it's most needed.

This is a flexible, shift-based role where you can pick from regular part-time to full-time shifts, including daily last-minute options that suit your schedule.
