A leading company in mental health services is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to empower clients towards independence. You will provide crucial emotional support and assist with daily living activities, working in a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in English and Maths, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in mental health.

Mental Health Support Worker - £25,325 - £27,378 per annum (Salaries vary depending on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, inclusive of bank holidays, occasional evenings & weekends.
Service: Transitional Support/Oxford.
The Transitional Support team is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individual to join their team. The team provides care five days a week for clients in both staffed projects and houses out in the community, creating a safe and supportive environment while helping residents work towards more independent living. The position requires occasional evening and weekend work as per the shift rota.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will support residents with serious mental illnesses, including adults with primary diagnoses of psychotic illnesses, often with coexisting conditions such as physical health issues, neurodiversity, substance use, and cognitive impairments.
