Nurse Seekers is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to assist individuals across Lincolnshire. You will provide person-centred emotional and practical support to help people live more independently and meaningfully.

The Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll provide

person-centred emotional and practical support, helping individuals with mental health needs to live as independently, confidently and meaningfully as possible.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily routines and personal care where required
• Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
• Supporting appointments, activities and community access
• Helping individuals enjoy hobbies, interests and social activities
• Building positive and trusting relationships
• Working alongside families, healthcare professionals and other support services
