Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for mental health support workers for a private mental health hospital based in Goddards Green, West Sussex. The role involves supporting adults aged 18+ with various mental health conditions, helping them live as independently as possible by assisting with daily activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with mental health
  • DBS on update service (Desirable)
  • Restraint training (e.g., PMVA, Mapa, CPI, Maybo)
  • Minimum 3 years of references with no gaps
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending appointments
  • Enabling independence by assisting with daily tasks
  • Measuring and recording patients' vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
