Job summary

Staff Partners Mental Health in Gloucester is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide compassionate care at a women’s rehabilitation service specialising in personality disorders. As an agency worker, you will choose shifts that fit your schedule while delivering essential daily living support.

Applicants must have MAPA/PMVA training, a valid DBS check, and demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and reliability to help promote independence and quality of life within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health is essential.
• A caring, empathetic, and patient approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
• A valid PMVA/MAPA BILD-accredited breakaway training certificate is essential.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
