With the current need for Mental Health Support Workers very high and the demand within our Support environments constantly increasing we are currently looking to register new staff members. As a company we can offer both ad-hoc shifts as well as short term placements and permanent roles to work around any commitments you may have.

We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers with enthusiasm, drive and a real commitment to help us strive to achieve the best possible Support for our service users. We do require you to have experience with supporting adults within a professional setting.

Social Care & Education are looking for Mental Health Support Workers who have:

  • Empathy, caring and sensitivity to the needs of others
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community
  • CPI Preferred

Our Support Worker will carry out the following duties:

  • You will be supporting individuals to live the life they want within their community in which they live
  • Emotional support, either at home and/or in their local community
  • Supporting service users with their personal care support including personal hygiene needs if required
  • Support with their shopping, assist with budgeting
  • Building/maintaining relationship with friends and family
  • Household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry
  • Going out for walks, meals and other activities that supported individuals may want to experience.
