Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised Social Work qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care management duties within CMHT and maintain Adult Support and Protection knowledge.
• Assess needs and develop care plans in collaboration with health colleagues.
• Work within the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 framework.
• Ensure registration with SSSC and comply with PVG requirements.
