Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Administrator in Lewisham for an ongoing role with flexible hours. The position offers Full Time or Part Time arrangements and pays £16.44 per hour.

You will support recovery services with appointments, records, and reporting in a busy health and social care setting. This role requires handling confidential information, strong organization, and effective communication with service users and partners.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C 4 or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Health & Social Care, or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for recovery services, including appointment scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and record management.
• Maintain accurate service user records on clinical and case management systems in line with GDPR and information governance requirements.
• Support recovery workers and coordinators with referrals, assessments, care planning documentation, and treatment administration processes.
• Act as a first point of contact for service users, professionals, and partner agencies, responding to enquiries with professionalism and compassion.
• Assist with monitoring caseload activity, waiting lists, performance indicators, and contract reporting requirements.

Education
