Job summary

Derbyshire Constabulary is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide specialist mental health expertise to staff and officers. You will deliver occupationally focused mental health assessments, case management and short-term interventions, while promoting wellbeing and resilience across the workforce.

This role combines clinical practice with risk management, prevention and trauma support. You will be registered RNMH with current NMC, manage risk including suicide and self-harm, and

Description

Provide a specialist mental health expertise to our staff and officers!

As our Mental Health Practitioner, you'll deliver occupationally focused mental health assessments, case management, and short-term interventions. You'll be offering preventative advice, focusing on the relationship between health and work. Supporting wellbeing strategies helping us maintain a healthy and resilient workforce.

You will need to:
