Job summary

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Lambeth Road site in London, part of Cygnet Churchill, a mental health inpatient service for men. The role focuses on delivering OT treatment within an MDT, developing care plans and supporting recovery and community integration.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Reference check required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and develop an OT treatment programme according to service users' diagnosis and identified needs.
• Be an integral member of the MDT and OT department whilst working autonomously with the support of an OTA.
• Contribute to risk management and relapse prevention in community settings.
• Be prepared to rotate to acute services as needed.
