Cygnet Churchill, in south London, is an inpatient mental health hospital for men. The Occupational Therapy Assistant role involves assessing and delivering OT treatment within a MDT framework.

You will rotate to different wards, undertake a robust induction, and benefit from a dedicated preceptorship in your first 12 months.

Formación

• Assessment, plan and deliver OT treatment tailored to service users’ needs.
• Autonomous work within an MDT with OTAs support.
• Preceptorship programme in first 12 months for skills consolidation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, implement and develop an OT treatment programme based on diagnosis and risks.
• Be an integral member of the MDT and OT department, working autonomously with OTA support.
• Participate in service model development and evidence-based practice under clinical leads.
