An opportunity exists for a Band 7 mental health nurse to join the Employee Wellbeing Service at Barts Health NHS Trust in London. You assist in the mentorship scheme for the OHA development programme. You will have access to training to develop your expertise in assessments for NHS staff from a variety of occupations and our corporate clients.

We have a great new opportunity for a Band 7 mental health nurse specialist to join us at the Employee wellbeing Service at Barts Health. You will be working with an established, friendly team that offers an innovative model to preventative health for all Barts staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of occupational health specialists.

Main duties of the job

A brief and specific description of what they will be doingo Work flexibly remotely and onsiteo Providing specialst mental health advice to managers and staff.o Be a case manager for management referrals, including complex dependent on experience. Current model of no more than 5 management referrals per dayo To provide clinical advice for colleagues on mental issueso Take part in peer audit with regular access to teaching from experienced OHAso Have access to clinical supervision with the EWS psychologist and a multi-disciplinary teamo Support the other band 7s to manage a small team of OH advisors
