Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses to deliver person-centred care in clients' own homes across Luton and surrounding areas.

Flexible day, night and weekend shifts with comprehensive training, excellent pay rates, and mileage expenses.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based RMN experience in a community, secure, crisis, or acute setting.
• Confidence in managing risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Experience working within PBS frameworks or trauma‑informed approaches.
• Strong clinical judgement and ethical decision-making.

PAY RATES: Days £36.87/ Nights: £42.08/ Weekends: £46.33

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with Thornbury Community Services , you will work closely with a variety of complex care clients across your region, delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing support tailored to individual needs.
